A Harvest volunteer for nearly 20 years, Meghan Morrison (she/her/elle) brings a love for community building, and helping others find connection to her role as Festival Chair of Harvest Music Festival.
After graduating from the University of New Brunswick, Meghan had just begun to explore her career interests in Human Resources when she signed up to volunteer in a small, weekend role with Harvest. Since then, her professional and volunteer roles have continued to grow in responsibility and scope, while always maintaining a common theme of creating positive, impactful experiences.
A senior consultant in Leadership Development with the New Brunswick provincial government by day, Meghan’s career in Human Resources translates well into her role on Harvest’s board where she contributes to building and supporting both staff and volunteer experiences that translate into incredible performances on stage and strong community connection.
A lifelong music lover, Meghan is focused on building on Harvest’s 30+year legacy as a volunteer-driven music festival, presenting the very best local, regional, and international artists in the heart of downtown Fredericton, NB.
